I recommend booking 9-12 months in advance for peak wedding season (May-October). However, I occasionally have last-minute availability, so don't hesitate to reach out even if your date is coming up soon!
The number of images depends on your coverage hours, but as a general guide: elopements typically receive 300+ images, full-day weddings receive 600+, and premium collections receive 800+. Quality always comes before quantity—every image in your gallery will be one worth keeping.
Elopement galleries are delivered within 4-6 weeks. Full wedding galleries are delivered within 6-8 weeks. Premium collection clients receive priority editing with a 4-6 week turnaround. You'll also receive a sneak peek within 48 hours of your wedding!
Absolutely! While I'm based in Northern California wine country, I love traveling for destination weddings. Travel fees apply for weddings outside of the greater Bay Area. Let's chat about your location!
A 30% retainer is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due two weeks before your wedding. I accept checks, bank transfers, and all major credit cards. Payment plans are available for those who need them.
Rain can actually create some of the most romantic, moody images! I always come prepared with creative solutions, and I work closely with your venue to find covered areas if needed. Some of my favorite photos have been captured on rainy days.
